Storyline:
It’s 1964. The world is changing, the global balance of power is shifting and Singapore is at a crossroads. The colonial rule of the British has finally come to an end and independence is on the horizon. It’s an exciting time where the island state can finally forge its own identity. The heartbeat of the nation stems from one main artery that runs through the island. Whether it is culture or crime, politics or patriotism, espionage or enterprise, all paths lead to Serangoon Road. This is the world of Sam Callaghan, Kang, Patricia Cheng and the clients of the Cheng Detective Agency. Sam Callaghan agrees to help Patricia Cheng after her husband is killed while working on a case. Patricia may not be a detective, but she knows her company needs a good investigator with contacts in the various local communities as well as among the ex-pats. Sam is all of that. But, after a childhood in a POW camp and a checkered career in Military Intelligence during the Malay Emergency, he is also carrying a lot of baggage. The Cheng Detective Agency’s cases range from the usual (straying spouses and petty fraudsters) to conspiracies and events with international implications. Sam’s contacts from his military days are useful – but they drag him back into a dark world that he would prefer to leave behind.

Storyline:
Relu is a family man. He has two children, a wife, and a double life. Seen through the eyes of his family, Relu Oncescu appears to be an ordinary taxi driver. Storyline:

Storyline:
Portland detective, Nick Burkhardt, has seen some gruesome crime scenes, but nothing prepares him for the strange visions he begins seeing: seemingly regular people momentarily transforming into hideous monsters. A visit from his only living relative reveals the truth. Nick has inherited the ability to see supernatural creatures, and as a “Grimm,” he is tasked with keeping the balance between mankind and the mythological. Storyline:
Dr. Jordan Cavanaugh is a forensic pathologist who lost her job with the Boston medical examiner’s office because her passion for solving homicides frequently extended beyond the autopsy table. Years later, an old ally rescues Jordan from court-ordered anger management training in Los Angeles and rehires her to her former job in Boston. Jordan is still feisty and mercurial and a pain in the butt, but management tolerates her because she is good at her job. She and her father, a disgraced former Boston police detective, often solve crimes together by using a role-playing game they’ve played since Jordan’s childhood. It goes: “You be the killer, and I’ll be the victim, and we’ll figure out how this happened.” The driving force in Jordan’s life and career is the crime she took the longest time to solve — her mother’s murder.
