Storyline:
This series centers on a prominent defense attorney, Theodore “Teddy” Hoffman, and his associates. When an actor whose addicted to alcohol and drugs, who always gets into all sorts of scrapes, and relies on Teddy to bail him out, is accused and tried for murder, it’s up to Teddy to save him. And Teddy has a lot of opposition, like Richard Cross, another one of Teddy’s clients, who not only knew the victim but is a dangerous man. Now the unusual thing is that the trial takes over the whole season. When the show returned for a second season, Teddy, whose personal life was affected by the trial of the previous season, took a leave of absence. The firm needing someone to be at the helm, recruits Jimmy Wyler, who use to work for the D.A. but couldn’t get along with him, becomes the new head of the firm. And unlike the previous season, they have more than one client to defend and it doesn’t take all season to do it.

Storyline:
Drama following six diverse NYPD rookies as they patrol the gritty streets of upper Manhattan. The new trainees include Jennifer “White House” Perry, a former college volleyball star and Marine MP in Iraq with a take-charge attitude; Ray “Lazarus” Harper, the oldest rookie and a former police news reporter with better sources than most seasoned cops; Tonya Sanchez, who comes from a family with a criminal history; Ahmad Kahn, an Afghani native who fought his way to freedom; Kenny McClaren, a fourth-generation police officer with great instincts but qualms about joining the force; and Jayson “Jackpot” Toney, a young basketball legend who squandered his opportunity in the NBA. Their demanding Field Training Officer, Daniel “Yoda” Dean, is a case-hardened, unsentimental veteran of the force who emphasizes basics and holds each cop accountable for their actions. Rounding out the team is Sergeant Terry Howard, a no-nonsense plainclothes officer from the Gang Intel Unit, who trains the rookies on how to keep the gangbangers at bay. Storyline:
It’s December 1969 in Watford, England, and Jeremy Sloane is at the end of his rope – literally. His failed attempt to end it all has just joined a growing list of recent setbacks, which include getting sacked from his accounting job and a separation from his wife Janet, who has left to “find herself.” The one remaining constant in his life are his evenings at the pub with childhood mates Ross, Reggie and Beans. Although the gang have big plans for the approaching decade, Sloane simply longs for employment and the return of his wife. Although a part-time job as a supply teacher goes ludicrously wrong, Sloane may luck out romantically, due to a chance encounter at a hardware shop with a free-spirited, young American woman called Robin, who might just help Sloane get his life back on track as the new decade approaches. By turns hilarious and heartbreaking, Mr. Sloane is an everyman muddling through the human comedy as best he can, learning lessons about love, longing, and loyalty along the way.

Storyline:
Mike, a Chicago police officer, meets fourth-grade teacher Molly one day when he speaks at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting and they fall in love, thanks in part to their mutual love of pie and the desire to resist it. Both face challenges in their quest to lose weight — Molly from her slender sister and mother and Mike at the diner where he frequently eats. But having found each other, they will support each other as they try to achieve their goals, be it weight loss or Molly’s decision to quit teaching and pursue her dream as a writer.
